We’re seasoned coaches, trainers and facilitators who help leaders and teams evolve, personally, relationally and systemically.

Between us, we bring decades of experience in conscious leadership, systemic team coaching, and resilience work across sectors and cultures. We partner with people who are ready to lead differently—more consciously, more collaboratively, and with greater impact.

Gilles Brouillette

Gilles is co-founder of the Leadership Imperative Institute and President of the Transformational Learning Institute. He holds a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, is a Master graduate in Systemic Team Coaching, and is a certified Resilience at Work® practitioner and Unique Self Coach.

Monica Callon

Monica is co-founder of the Leadership Imperative Institute, founder of Oncorp Coaching, and an associate with Renewal Associates. She is a Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach with The Leadership Cricle and faculty member with the former Global Team Coaching Institute (now coaching.com). She is also a Master graduate in Systemic Team Coaching and a Resilience at Work® practitioner.

Monica thrives on partnering with courageous, open-minded leaders and teams to foster breakthroughs in self and systemic awareness, influence and value creation.
