We've distilled decades of experience from working with diverse organizations and mentors into a powerful meta-practice for conscious leaders. This meta-practice focuses on understanding and cultivating the essence of conscious leaders and teams, along with the outcomes they produce. It includes the daily practice of identifying your reactive and autopilot behaviours and their effects. Gilles Brouillette, Ph.D.
Gilles is co-founder of Leadership Imperative Institute and co-founder and President of the Transformational Learning Institute. He has a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology. He is a Master Practitioner graduate in systemic team coaching and a Resilience at Work® practitioner. He is also certified as a Unique Self Coach by the Unique Self Institute.
